Exercises for your eyes- People who are into job of continuously sitting in front of computer must adopt do some eye exercise. Continuous strain on eyes can weaken eyesight, can lead to dark circles and puffed eyes. This can ruin the beauty of your face and you might have to start putting up lenses or spectacles. We do gyming, swimming, yoga etc to keep our body fit. Why not do something to keep our eyes healthy. After all eyes is one of the beautiful organs to express certain gestures. So people who have desk jobs should firstly get up every thirty minutes from there seat and take a round to maintain proper blood flow. Then they should look at things which are at least 20 feet away from them. It should be repeated after every 20 minutes to regulate the focal length of our vision. Wash your eyes after every two hours to sooth inflammation. Blink your eyes as much as you can to keep them moist. In the morning give just 5 minutes to your eye exercise. Look left to right and vice -verse five times. Then clockwise and anti-clockwise both five times and finally look around in a big circle as much as you can. After doing these three exercises rib your palms to create a little heat and cover both your eyes with each palm and open you eyes slowly while you cover them with your palms and then move your hands down. Repeat it 3 times. For dark circles and puffy eyes you can mix tomato juice and rose water and dip cotton balls into it and keep it on your eyes. You can also cut potato slices and keep on your eyes for twenty minutes. Another good option is to keep used tea bags in refrigerator and when they become cold keep them under your eyes for half an hour.
